Every day Dress for Work sees school leavers, and men from migrant and refugee communities, who are struggling with life. Many have simply lost confidence and, without support, face a bleak future of uncertainty.
It doesn’t have to be so.
Dress for Work gives a pathway to young men, and those from migrant communities, by restoring dignity and self-confidence. Often all it takes to get a life on track is the confidence to know that someone believes in you.
We believe in providing attire to put their best foot forward, workshops for job-readiness, coaching for job interviews and mentoring to give lives direction. Their ultimate success is not just a reflection on their determination, it is a reflection on the society we all share.
