Dress for Work fitting and coaching sessions cancellation, reschedule and refund policy

At Dress for Work we appreciate that things can change in the lives of job seekers. Our aim is to provide job seekers and those helping them to find employment with a service that is kind and flexible.

To cancel your booking:

Please notify us of the need to cancel your confirmed session by email to info@dressforworkorgau.wpstaging.io. Include in your email the job seeker’s name and session date and time.

  • Cancel the session 48 hours or more before the confirmed session time and a full refund will be
    provided.
  • Cancel the session within 24 – 48 hours before the confirmed session time and a 50% refund will be
    provided.
  • Cancel the session within 24 hours of the confirmed session time and no refund will be possible and
    the full fee will be payable.

A confirmation of cancellation email will be sent once the session has been successfully cancelled.

To reschedule your session:

Please notify us of the need to reschedule the confirmed session by email to info@dressforworkorgau.wpstaging.io. Include in the email the job seeker’s name, the session date and time that has been confirmed and the new preferred session date and time.

  • A session may be rescheduled once up to 24 hour before the confirmed session time without any extra charge.
  • A session may be rescheduled within 24 hours of the confirmed session time but a $15 administration fee will be charged to help cover our costs.

An email notifying cancellation of a previously confirmed session and confirmation of a new session will be
sent once the session has been successfully rescheduled.

Pack and Parcel exchange policy:

Please notify us of any problems with the items sent to the job seeker within 10 days of receiving the parcel. Please explain in an email to info@dressforworkorgau.wpstaging.io why the job seeker is unhappy with the parcel received from Dress for Work. We will do our best to rectify the situation.

If the items the job seeker has received are incorrect or faulty, we will provide the job seeker with a prepaid return shipping label to return the items to us. Once the items have been received and reviewed, a refund will be provided for the full amount paid to Dress for Work.

If the items the job seeker has received are not to their liking or they no longer want them, we will provide the job seeker with a prepaid return shipping label to return the items to us. Once the items have been received and reviewed, a Dress for work store credit will be provided for the full amount paid to Dress for Work.
